This script allows the examiner to create result-sets containing items (entries or records) that match user-specified file-types listed in the global file-types table.

The result-sets can be grouped according to file-type name or file-type category.

Settings are remembered for later re-use. File-signature analysis is performed dynamically for entries so for those items evidence processing is not necessary. This notwithstanding, evidence processing is necessary in order to process records (e-mail attachments, etc.).
